    Introduction

    • In-House Labor Welfare Fund Project
      Financial support is provided if the company's internal work restoration fund uses welfare expenses for employees and dispatched workers of small and medium business partners or if large companies (original offices) participate in the small business (joint) service welfare fund.
    • Joint Labor Welfare Fund Project
      Financial support when two or more companies (must include small businesses) jointly contribute part of their profits and create a common work welfare fund to carry out a work-related business.
     

    Support target

    • Internal work restoration fund that implements welfare projects for employees and dispatched workers of small and medium business partners
    • Small- and medium-sized company (joint) employee welfare company receiving contributions from large enterprises or contractors
    • a joint-worker reinstatement foundation(must include small businesses) established by two or more companies each with a certain amount

      ※ Not eligible: labor welfare fund corporations established between a large corporation and an SME, or a client and a subcontractor that fall under Article 87 of the Enforcement Decree of the Corporate Tax Act (Scope of Persons in Special Relationships; shareholders, relatives, an affiliated company etc.)

     

    Details

    • In-House Labor Welfare Fund Project
      • Up to 50% of welfare project expenses and welfare facility expenses spent for workers of small or medium vendors or dispatched workers
      • Up to 50% of contributions in a labor welfare fund of an SME(Limits KRW 200 million per fund company each year)
    • Joint Labor Welfare Fund Project
      • Up to 50% of the contributions paid by SMEs that established a joint labor welfare fund, regardless of regions and business types(Limits KRW 200 million per fund company each year)
      • Up to 50% of the contributions paid by a large corporation (client) and an SME (subcontractor) that established a joint labor welfare fund(For three years from the establishment of the fund company, the limit of KRW 200 million)
