    Eligible employers

    • Employers who maintain the employment of IIW* returning to the original workplace

      ※ Workers with disability Grades 1 to 12 or workers currently under their available WCI medical care services whose remaining disability will be so acknowledged as to correspond to any of Disability Grades 1 to 12 as backed up or evidenced by a WCI-authorized doctor-in –charge’s opinion (if medical services have come to an end before April 27, 2010, workers with disability grades 1 to 9 alone can apply for entitlement to the Program.).

    Coverage criteria

    • An employer should maintain the paid employment of any of the foregoing workers for at least 6 months since the day when the medical services have come to an end (or the workers have returned to work).

      ※Provided that, however, the employer fails to maintain the foregoing paid employment for at least 6 month, all subsidies as already paid as part of the Program shall be recovered from the employer.

      ※If the workers quit their job voluntarily, the foregoing subsidies shall be covered until the day they have quit the job.

    • An employer who is legally mandated to employ at least a specific number of disabled workers should meet the foregoing requirement.
    • If an employer has been paid any kinds of subsidies corresponding to the Program hereof as per other relevant laws or regulations, the employer shall be entitled to the amount of all subsidies due to him/her minus the foregoing subsidies as already paid to him/her as per the same laws or regulations.
