    • Funeral Expenses ("Fes")

    FEs shall be paid to eligible survivors who hold funeral services for a worker whose death has been caused by a work-related injury or disease. The eligible survivors shall be paid FEs corresponding to 120 days of his/her daily average wages; provided that, however, there are no survivors who will hold funder services for him/her, or any other persons than eligible survivors hold funeral services for him/her for any unavoidable reasons, they shall be paid actual costs required to hold them, which amount shall be limited to 120 days of the daily average wages.
