    Business Welfare Revitalization Project is a program to provide small-/ medium-sized workplaces with consulting services and nationwide seminars about labor welfare systems, including free EAP (Employee Assistance Program) services, so that they may effectively introduce and operate the advanced welfare systems to improve their labor welfare, and thereby, competitiveness.

    Eligible workplaces

    • Business Welfare Consulting Service : Workplaces with less than 300 full-time workers
    • Employee Assistance Program: Workplaces with less than 300 full-time workers or the workers who works in the workplaces
     

    Scope of supports

    • Business Welfare Consulting Service
      • Non-regular workers who have obtained employment insurance coverage

        ※ Business Welfare Revitalization Project refers to welfare programs that are voluntary by companies to raise the morale and competitiveness of workers, collectively to the retire pension, selective welfare, the EAP program for workers, and the internal and collective labor welfare fund

    • Labor welfare seminars for employers
      • Seminars to address labor welfare systems are held by Business Welfare Revitalization Project Team for employers (including their personnel or labor managers) nationwide in Seoul, Busan, Daegu, Gyeongin, Gwangju and Daejeon.

      • EAP is an program to provide the consulting service to solve or remove obstacles to job performance (e.g. Task stress, workplace harassment, marital and family problems, etc.) which a worker with a small-/medium-sized workplace may face while at work or during the daily life.
