    Eligible applicant

    • Actual employer who is the spouse (limited to legal marriage) of a business owner who employs less than 300 workers as a WCI policyholder or a title business owner
    • The actual employer who is the spouse (limited to legal marriage) of the employer who does not use workers or the owner of the title
         ※ However, those who fall under Article 125 of the Enforcement Decree of the WCI Act are subject to employment report for special type workers.
