    Eligible applicant

    • A person who, among those prescribed by the Presidential Decree, such as artists under Article 2, subparagraph 2 of the 「Artists Welfare Act」 who are not workers, provides labor directly without using another person and has concluded a cultural art service contract in accordance with Article 4-4 of the 「Artist Welfare Act」

      - New contractors aged 65 and more
    • 2Income
      - In the case of less than 500,000 won per month on cultural and artistic service contracts
      ※ However, if the average monthly income per contract is more than 500,000 won and the combined income is more than 500,000 won (limited to artists), it is compulsorily applied. Short-term artists are not related to income
