    Eligible applicant

    • A spouse (including de facto marriage) or a relative within 4th degree of relationship1) of a small or medium business owner, eligible for special subscription2) without receiving remuneration for providing labor in the business (place) of the business owner3) person who provides labor
      1) Legal spouse and persons in de facto marital relationship, blood relatives and relatives within 4th degree (「Civil Act」 Articles 767 and 777)
      2) Business owners using fewer than 300 workers or business owners not using workers
      3) A person who is not recognized as a worker in the business (site) regardless of the type of contract
