K-COMWEL held the third meeting of labor attaches of embassies in Korea for their understanding of workers' compensation in Korea on Jun 9, 2006.

October

K-COMWEL held the ILO-Korea Fellowship Training Program on Employment Injury Insurance in Seoul from Oct 16 to 27, 2006 in which sixteen EII experts from seven Asian countries including Cambodia, Laos, Malaysia, Vietnam, India, Indonesia, Thailand participated.

Mr. Bang, Yong Seok, the President of K-COMWEL and Ms. Nguyen Thi Hang, the Minister of the
Ministry of Labor, Invalids and Social Affairs of Vietnam signed the MoU contract for the cooperation and friendship between two organizations in Hanoi, Vietnam on Nov 8, 2006.
