The delegation from the Agency for Foreign Labor Migration Affairs of the Republic of Uzbekistan
paid a visit to K-COMWEL headquarterson Feb 6, 2009 in order to discuss cooperation between the
two organizations.

September

Mr. Kim, Won-Bae, the President of K-COMWEL and Mr. Altankhyuag Chuluunbat, the Director of
Social Insurance General Office in Mongolia signed the MoU contract for the cooperation for
employment injury insurance between the two organizations in Ulaanbaatar, Mongolia on Sep 2,
2009.

K-COMWEL held the ILO-Korea Fellowship Training Program on Employment Injury Insurance in Seoul from Sep 2 to 10, 2009 in which twelve EII experts from eight Asian countries including Laos,
Sri Lanka, India, Indonesia, Malaysia, Vietnam, Philippines, Cambodia participated.

Mr. Kim, Won-Bae, the President of K-COMWEL and Mr. Le Bach Hong, the Vice Minister and
Director General of Vietnam Social Security signed the MoU contract for the cooperation for
employment injury insurance between the two organizations in Hanoi, Vietnam on Oct 22, 2009.

November

The 5-member tripartite delegation from labor, business and government in Thailand visited
K-COMWEL headquarterson Nov 12, 2009 to study on social security system in Korea.

December

K-COMWEL personnels conducted consulting mission on Employment Injury Insurance in the field of administration, finance, application, contribution, benefit, rehabilitation and data processing at the
National Social Security Fund in Phnom Pehn, Cambodia from Nov 29 to Dec 12, 2009.
