    Customized Integrated Program

    It is a customized integrated program providing an industrially-injured worker ("IIW") with individually-tailored WCI medical care, rehabilitation or compensation in a timely and systematic manner from the initial stage of WCI medical care, thereby helping his/her return to work and social life.

    - The services below are provided according to vulnerabilities of a relevant IIW in his/her return to work.

    ① My Job, Tomorrow Service

    • It is a specialized program offering WCI medical care, compensation or rehabilitation services in a timely and systematic way based on rehabilitation plans. The beneficiaries of the service are those with limiting factors in their returning to work due to significant damage to their physical functions or when disability is expected to remain.
      → Support to recover their damaged physical functions to the highest degree possible and ensure their socio-psychiatric stability, thereby helping their smooth return to work.
      → To this end, K-COMWEL "job coordinators" as WCI professionals provide tailored, integrated and specialized services.

    ②General Service

    • Rehabilitation demand is identified at an early stage through counseling, various forms of claims (application), or mobile services, etc., thereby providing necessary services in a linked way.
