    Eligible applicant

    • A person who is hired by the insured person of WCI in Korea and dispatched to work for a business conducted outside of Korea
    • His or her wages are paid (including partial payment) at the domestic head office
     

    Ineligible applicant

    • If there are no workers in the domestic workplace, and workers are hired for the purpose of overseas dispatch only and dispatched to overseas local workplaces at the same time as hiring.
    • In the case of hiring directly from an overseas business site or paying full wages at an overseas business site.
