    Eligible applicant

    • Self-employed people who do not use workers or employ less than 50 workers (employer for individual business, CEO for corporation)
     

    Enrollment requirements

    • A person with a business registration certificate(some unique number certificates)
    • Self-employed persons for whom 2 years have elapsed since the end of job-seeking benefits
     

    Ineligible businesses

    • 1Businesses in agriculture, forestry, and fishery where a non-corporate person regularly employs four or fewer workers
    • 2Construction that falls under any of the following items
          a. Construction under Article 2 Paragraph (1) Subparagraph 2 of「Enforcement decree of Act on The Collection Of Insurance Premiums For Employment Insurance And Industrial Accident Compensation Insurance」with a total construction cost of less than 20 million won
          b. Construction of a building with a total floor area of ​​100 square meters or less or major repair work for a building with a total floor area of ​​200 square meters or less
