    The program supports intensive professional rehabilitation therapies to maximize the effects of IIWs' rehabilitation treatments and minimize their disability, thereby facilitating their return to social life.
    • Beneficiaries : orkers with a cerebrovascular, spinal, knee joint, shoulder joint, arm joint, hand joint or hip disease or those for whom rehabilitation therapies are expected to have an effect.
    • Medical institutions of the service : Hospitals affiliated to K-COMWEL or other authorized rehabilitation medical centers.

    Coverable types of sports

    • general sports center : one sport or a package of Swimming, aquarobics, fitness, table tennis (so called “Ping Pong”), aerobics, yoga, pilates, etc.
    • sports center in the medical institution : one sport among aquatic rehabilitation therapy, spinal rehabilitation therapy, rehabilitation exercise

    Scope of coverage

    • general sports center : within KRW 0.1 million per month & 3 months (for claimants with certain requirement, the period can be extended one time)
    • sports center in the medical institution : within KRW 0.6 million for 1 months (for claimants with certain requirement, the period can be extended one time)
    • Since a quota for his program may be filled up earlier than expected, or it may not be allowed to benefit from the program for an extended period, a claimant should contact personnel in charge before applying for the program.
