- Those who are completing all domestic field training conducted by schools under the Elementary and Secondary Education Act and the Higher Education Act, such as high schools and universities, at workplaces covered by WCI
Ineligible applicant
- Field trainees working in non-applicable businesses of WCI such as workplaces run by one-person employers without workers
- Field practice conducted at academies other than schools, simple field trips, field practice for qualification acquisition
