    Workers’ Arts Festival is held every year to improve workers’ quality of emotional life

    Eligible workers

    Workers including employees seconded overseas, special types of workers as legally specified, IIWs under medical care or given disability grade as per the WCI act, and unemployed workers whose unemployment period does not exceed 6 months.

     

    Kinds of festivals

    • Song festival(Feb~May) : solo, vocal ensemble, chorus (Lied, folk songs, etc.)
    • Theater festival(Feb~Jul) : one-act play (creative & non-creative plays, musical)
    • Arts festival(Jul~Oct): paintings, calligraphy, craftworks, photography, etc.
    • Literature festival(Jul~Oct) : poetry & Korean traditional three-stanza poem, novel(short novel, short fairy tale), short drama, short play, essay etc.
