    IIW Life Learning Loan Program is a program to annually select scholarship students among IIWs (including their spouse and children if they have consequently died), and thereafter, support them with admission fees, tuition fees and any other school expenses.

    Eligible persons

    • Spouse & children of a worker who has died of a work-related injury or disease
    • Worker with eligibility for IDCAs (including his/her spouse and children)
    • Worker whose disability has been acknowledged to correspond to any of Disability Grades 1 to 7 (including his/her spouse and children)
    • Worker acknowledged to be intoxicated by carbon disulfide who has been under his/her available medical care services for at least 5 years (including his/her spouse and children)
    • Worker whose disability has been acknowledged to correspond to any of Disability Grades 1 to 7 (including his/her spouse and children)
    • Worker acknowledged to be intoxicated by carbon disulfide who has been under his/her available medical care services for at least 5 years (including his/her spouse and children)

    Coverable schools: High schools acknowledged or accredited as such by the Minister of MOEST (Ministry of Education)

    • Formalized high schools
    • Folk high schools, high schools of science & technology
    • Special high schools or any other types of high schools
    • Lifelong learning centers

      ※However, those under disciplinary actions corresponding to or beyond suspension from school for an indefinite period (including school drop-outs, students staying out of school on a temporary basis, submitters of false documents, etc.) or who have paid for all school fees through any other scholarship program are excluded from this coverage.

      ※Entitlement to this coverage isn’t affected by the number of children per household.
