    • Because I was an undocumented migrant worker with work-related injuries, they wouldn’t pay me any compensation, I think, I was eligible for. Could I still claim for any WCI benefits?
      If 3 years haven’t passed since the occurrence of an work-related accident, and you have received more than 4 days of medical treatments, you can be still compensated for, regardless of your residence status.
    • My company (or employer) wouldn’t acknowledge as work-related the accident that happened to me. Could I still claim for any WCI benefits?
      If the employer refuses to acknowledge the accident as such, you shall submit an claim for related benefits applicable to your case to our branch office (of the COMWEL) with jurisdiction over your residential place.
    • What kind of benefits am I eligible for during the medical treatments?
      Expenses incurred during the same medical treatments given by any of the WCI medical institutions can be compensated for; however, they are limited to 70% of the average wage per day.
